Welcome to Holly Grove at Rock Creek. Located next to Rock Creek Golf Course this community is just what you have been looking for. With under 75 homes it has that neighborhood feel but a sense of intimacy. Holly Grove is currently on there first Phase with Phase Two a few months away. Homes in Holly Grove come with privacy fences or a golf course view with no lot premium! Did I mention that homes start in the mid $170's and go up to $196.
